Quincy’s Head Start Program is located at the Early Childhood Education Building at 401 South 8th Street in Quincy, Illinois. This federally funded program is aimed at helping preschool children of low income families get the “head start” they need in education. The program encourages parental involvement, insures that health care needs are met, and provides social services to the family unit.
