Overview:
Serves as a preparatory fine arts school; offers
professional instruction on piano, instrumental
music,
voice, theory, organ and violin; has recital hall
and studios. Also sponsors the National Piano Playing
Auditions held in May in the Conservatory Recital
Room. Student activities include Music Games Day,
Masterclasses and Spotlight Recital. State and national
competitions
are
available for members.
The Conservatory offers teacher workshops
and guest speakers. They also sponsor a program called
Music
Matters which is pre-school music readiness classes.

There are opportunities to obtain teaching certification
through their organization. Summer scholarships are
available for Summer Piano Camp.
The Annual Ensemble Festival includes 100 students
and parents. Non member
teachers are invited to participate. Registration
deadline for the festival is October 1st. Email
for more details in the summer or early fall.
The Piano Orchestra provides a unique opportunity
for students and teachers to perform as a group.
