Mission Or Objective:
To provide services to special need children and information
to consumers who serve special need children. The
commitment is to bring services and families together
in order to provide the highest quality life for children
with special needs.
Overview:
Council is a community based resource and referral
service. The Early Intervention Service Program helps
families care for children with special needs or disabilities.
It links families with important and essential medical,
social and financial resources, as well as support
groups to help provide their children with the best
care possible.
Limitations: Child and Family Connections,
serves Adams, Brown, Calhoun, Cass, Greene, Jersey,
Morgan, Pike and Scott counties.
Eligibility: Assist your family with evaluations
and assessments of your child, age birth to three
years to determine eligibility for Early Intervention
services. Early Intervention is for families with
infants or toddlers up to 3 years of age, who have
an interest in the development of their child.
